My name is Loraine 'Lani' Hudelson.
I am a 68 year old Canadian grandmother,
from the Vancouver B.C. area and I've been
happily remarried for 9 years.
My husband, Jeff - - Bluebear
to our on-line friends - - a native of Carmel, California,
and I met on-line in April of 1996.
We met, face to face, September 6th, 1996.
We were married on January 8th, 1997.
I have two daughters and three grandchildren
all living in the Greater Vancouver area of B.C. Canada.
Penny has two children,
a son, Kyle and a daughter Deanndra.

I had been an Associate Trainer and Therapist on Staff
at the NLP Institute of Western Canada,
and then later self-employed as a counsellor,
a Reiki Master Teacher and
a student, practitioner and teacher of
Hawaiian Huna until my marriage to Jeff
and subsequent emigration to California.
After 7 plus years in California, we decided to move back to Canada,
for several reasons, one reason being that no insurer in the
US would issue health insurance to either of us at any price
and the other reaons, were political, the US is no place for a
pacifist, and we both felt we wanted to be closer to my family.
I am still struggling to cope with the remaining
cognitive deficits from the successful removal of
a benign brain tumor in December 1999
but we're enjoying the new home we purchased in
February 2007 on Vancouver Island and moved into in May of 2007
I've recently renewed an old hobby,
making beeswax candles,
which turns out to be something that
I can still do and I enjoy making them,
burning them here at home as well as
sharing them with friends and family.
Their gently sweet fragance fills our home.
