Given the nature of the products offered on this website by CS Designs, all sales are final and no refunds will be given. Please make sure that the items you order are suitable for your particular needs and that your operating system meets all the requirements to use each kit.

If for some reason you purchase a kit and do not receive all the files or the files are corrupted in transet, you will be sent the kit again to ensure you have one in working order.

Design Information:
My Mouse Drawn Pixel Art is 100 % original  and you will not find these designs anywhere else. Files are usually saved in gif format with no antialias and deliver to you as a zipped file via your email. 

Tea tiles, & colored collage backgrounds are in 300 dpi jpg with the lowest compression possible to use in word for windows. This compression ratio produces fewer stray artifacts (distortion) and much crisper colors and good quality files for printing. Please note that a web browser is only capable of displaying 72 dpi
